The first time I saw purple potatoes at the store, I had to have some. I am a purple fanatic and the thought of eating them had me excited. I immediately loved them and ate a plate full.
A few hours later I regretted it. Turns out I am allergic to them and the doc says I will probably be allergic to all the new purple varieties that are not part of the normal diet.
Oh well, it happens. So everyone else can enjoy them for me!
Oh bummer! Allergies really suck. Capt'n misses bread! And Wench can nae eat too much ice-cream thanks to the lactose. But we make do with alternatives.
