Now, if you didn't know, I am from the south!๐Ÿ˜˜ So you KNOW a love to eat some delicious food!โค But I also know that the foods that we are being sold are NOT as healthy as they may try to make them seem! ***Which was my final motivation for going dairy free, and it has changed my life! .....But that's another story!!๐Ÿ˜œ

But what I do know is that I can do my part to make healthier choices for me and my family to the best of my ability to teach them how to be healthy and sane at the same time! Check out this house favorite and the recipe in case you're feeling frisky!๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ˜‰

INGREDIENTS:
4-5 pieces of Salmon 4 oz. Each(cleaned/skin off)
1-2 Tbsps Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3-4 cloves of garlic (finely minced)
1 Tbsp Organic Lemon Juice

Herbs and Spices: (To taste on most)
Cajun seasoning
Garlic Powder
Sea Salt
Parsley
Paprika
Cayenne Pepper
Black Pepper
Parsley

DIRECTIONS:
Pre-Heat oven to 425ยฐ. Clean Salmon and coat with olive oil. Sprinkle (not too much, just a light coat) with Cajun Seasoning(top and bottom) and gently rub into the fish. The to taste add a little of the other seasonings to the fish. ***Literally not enough to measure but enough to see that you got a little of everything on each piece **** Top with minced Garlic and Lemon juice (light & even spread across all pieces). Then place in the oven and cook for approximately 13-15 minutes. Take out and top with parsley (optional) and enjoy!๐Ÿ˜˜๐Ÿ’–๐ŸŽ‰ Pair with some green veggies and a complex carb for a balanced and nutritious meal!
