Peach and wheat germ
It is a popular drink that is consumed mainly in restaurants, public streets, markets and squares of arms of many Chilean cities. ♡ 1/4 of a kg of wheat germ
♡ 1/1 cup sugar

♡ 1/4 kilo of Peach
♡ Cinnamon
Preparation:
It is necessary to clean the wheat germ to remove all types of dirt that may have. Then boil a liter of water and empty it into a bowl to leave the wheat germ resting. It is necessary to cover them with any object that serves so that the heat does not escape. The rest time is, more or less, a whole night.
Then we empty the wheat germ together with the water into a pot, add a little more water and let them cook until the bones boil.
When the wheat germ has already boiled in the same pot in which they are cooking, add cinnamon and the piece of panel. You have to be careful that the panel dissolves completely.
We will know that the wheat germ is ready when they begin to float in the pot, at that time you have to take them out and put them in a container to let them cool. While we leave the Peach cooling we begin to prepare the wheat germ. Pour the mote into a pot and pour hot water until the water completely covers it.
