Paella is perhaps the most famous dish of the rich and varied cuisine Spanish. It is a well-known culinary recipe internationally and is found in the usual charts and in the menus of thousands of restaurants around the world. But curiously, ignorance about the true recipe for paella is widespread... source
π² My Veggie Paella at "Vegetalia" π² So Yummmmmmmy
Vegetalia, a pioneer in the production and distribution of ecological products in Catalonia, decided in 2007 to open in the historic center of Barcelona, βhis first vegetarian restaurant bearing his own name.
There are 3 "Vegetalia" restaurants in Barcelona. This is in the center and very easy to find.

I love this restaurant because they propose:
Vegan and vegetarian options!
Any dishes are gluten-free too! Is perfect, if like me, you want to eat quickly and healthy lunch in Barcelona!
In addition, I drank the Monster fresh juice: Kiwi+orange+ginger+spiruline.
Sooooo Tasty!!!!!!!! And it gave me the maximum energy to write this post!

That's really good. I don't know where's the best place to eat one but I had really tasty versions from the Philippines. Chicken and seafood are the most popular ingredients for "paella".
So, I have to test the Phillipines paella !!!!!

I wish I was there when I visited Barcelona! Maybe next time I try paella at Vegetalia :) btw Catalonia is my favourite region in Spain :)

The fact I know about paella is
In ancient times all the leftovers are cooked with rice in a special flat pan "paella pan"& served in that pan only.later on paella gets many variety.
