Thanks for the ready oil tips for those who don't have thermometers..I don't have one too..I usually do a bubble test with a chopstick..a trick I obtained from googling..haha

One time my wife grabbed a chopstick and stuck it into the oil to see if it was ready... But she had accidentally grabbed a plastic chopstick and it started to melt in the hot oil! We both laughed about that one!

OMGG hahahah yea, I was thinking to write wooden/metal before chopstick, but decided not to get into specifics..hehe I bet she always double-checks the type of chopstick now =DD
