Gobhi ki Sabji (Cauliflower veg)

Peas pulao Ingredients:

Cauliflower -------------------------------- 1 medium size bowl
Potato -------------------------------------- 2 (Medium Size)
Tomato ------------------------------------- 2 (Medium Size)
Peas ---------------------------------------- 1 small bowl
Carrot--------------------------------------- 1 medium size
Onion--------------------------------------- 1 medium size
Green Chili ------------------------------- 1 or as per your taste
Oil ------------------------------------------- 2 Table Spoon
Fenugreek(Methi)------------------------ 1/2 tea spoon
Asafoetida(Hing)- ------------------------1 pinch
Cumin Seeds------------------------------ 1/2 tea spoon
Chili powder------------------------------- 1 pinch
Turmeric powder------------------------- 1/2 tea spoon
Coriander Powder----------------------- 1 tea spoon
Garam Masala/ Vegetable Spices------Half teaspoon
Coriander leaves----------------------- For garnishing
Salt ------------------------------ As per your taste

Method :
• Cut potatoes, carrot, onion and cauliflower in small pieces also cut green chilli and coriander leaves.

• Also keep your oil ready as shown below put 2-3 table spoon oil in the pan and heat it.

• Once it is heated put 1/2 tea spoon Fenugreek, 1/2 tea spoon Cumin Seeds and Asafoetida in the heated oil and stir it for 30 seconds and then put onion in the pan and roast it for 1 min after that put culiflower, carrot and peas in it and fry it util they become little bit pink or brown.
• In the next step put potato in it and at the same time put salt, coriander powder and termeric, stir it and close the lid of the pan for another 2 minutes.

• Open the lid and stir it again repeat this process untill the potato become soft it takes another 10 minutes to become the soft and the put cutted tomato into it at the same put time 1/2 spoon sabji masala or garam masala in it.
• Close the lid for another 5 minutes and then your veg will be ready to serve for garnishing use green coriander leaves.

• Your tasty cauliflower with peas vegitables is ready to serve, you can combine it with puri, roti and paratha in your daily meal.
