brokolinee ek prakaar kee sabjee hai jo brokolee ke samaan dikhatee hai. mainne yahaan ostreliya ya bhaarat mein kisee bhee sabjee kee dukaan mein koee brokolinee patta nahin dekha hai.

ab haree mirch, shallots aur pyaaj kaat len.
stov par svich karen aur isake oopar ek pain rakhen. ise garm hone den.
jab pain paryaapt garam ho jaata hai, to isamen soorajamukhee ke tel ya any khaana pakaane ke tel daalen.
jab tel paryaapt garm ho jaata hai, sarason ke beej aur karee pattiyon ko daal den.
jab sarason ke beej chhidakane lagate hain, to pyaaj, shallots, haree mirch aur lagabhag 2 minat ke lie sautai joden.
isake baad adarak lahasun pest joden aur kachchee gandh door hone tak achchhee tarah se halachal.
ab brokolnee pattiyon ko joden aur achchhee tarah se halachal. paanee ka thoda sa joden ya sirph paanee kee kuchh boonden chhidake. bahut adhik paanee na jodane ka khyaal rakhana.
haldee paudar, mirch paudar joden aur achchhee tarah milaen. mirch paudar jodane ke dauraan, masaale kee jaanch karen, kyonki pain mein pahale se hee haree mirch hai
aavashyak ke roop mein namak joden. sab kuchh milaen aur svaad kee jaanch karen.
jab sabjee lagabhag pooree ho jaatee hai, to kasa hua naariyal ya daisichchataid naariyal joden aur achchhee tarah se halachal aur svaad kee jaanch karen.
lagabhag 1-2 minat ke baad, stov ko band karen aur poriyal seva karane ke lie taiyaar hai.
