Who doesn't love hamburgers? My main beef with them is when you eat out very little is done with the patty. That's why I like to use kebab meat. So many countries have their version of kebab, if you think about it meatloaf is a kind of kebab. You basically take minced meat and add finely ground onions and spices. Here in town I get Ćevapčići, which is a balkan style kebab. It should contain lamb, beef, pork and the onions and spices. It is delicious.
Back in college my Korean gf made me a meal and explained that when you throw a bunch of goodies into lettuce leaves the Koreans call that Mongolian style.
So here is my Mongolian Style Ćevapčići Burger. The sauce is simple, ketchup and mayo. The only thing missing is the cheese. I forgot the cheese, I will not make that mistake tomorrow you can be sure.
