Wow you sure know a lot about apples. I eat apples but didn't know that there is a first class apple. To be honest, I don't know what kind of apple I am eating.

I did a bit of googling and turns out, we have it in Australia for a few weeks during apple season. I will be looking out for them next year January.

All I know is an apple a day, keeps the doctor away. But maybe one Gravenstein apple a month will keep the doctor away.

I hope you can find some there. If you try some real heirloom apples, you get some different flavors you never knew existed before. And stay healthy!
