BULGUR WITH MUSHROOMS
I share with you a snack.
INGREDIENTS:
π bulgur 250 gr
π mushrooms 300 gr
π₯ onion 1 large
π₯ garlic
πΆ salt
πΉ oil, i have olive
.
PREPARATION:
ΠΠ°Ρ Shred the mushrooms, onion, garlic and lightly fry in olive / coconut oil.
π₯’ Add butter to deep frying pan / stew-pot / wok and fry bulgur until transparent. Pour 2.5 cups of water, salt. Boil for 10-15 minutes.
ΠΠΎΠ±Π°Π²ΠΈΡΡ add mushrooms to the prepared bulgur, mix. Let it brew for 5-7 minutes
