INGREDIENTS:
Pumpkin flesh 500 gr
Shallot 80 gr
Strong mustard 40 gr
Dried macaroni 15 gr
Large leaves 8 pcs
Extra-virgin olive oil with medium intensity fruity
salt
pepper
PREPARATION:
Remove the bigger part of the central shore of the cabbage leaves, gently bite them with the beating and sprinkle them in boiling water for 3-4 minutes; Drain the leaves, spread them over a cloth and dry them well.
