EASY STRAWBERRY CUPCAKE RECIPE with beautiful strawberries .....

Ingredients (for 12 pieces):
For the dough:
- 125 g of sugar
- 125 g flour
- 100 g butter
- 2 eggs
- 100 g of strawberries
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 4 cl of milk
- 4 cl of liquid vanilla flavor
For glazing:
- 150 g mascarpone
- liquid fresh cream
- 40 g icing sugar
- 2 cl of liquid vanilla flavor
For decoration:
- multicolored beads
- black chocolate chips / milk
Preparation of the recipe :
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (thermostat 6).
Cut the strawberries into small cubes.
To melt the butter.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until the mixture becomes foamy.
Add milk, liquid vanilla then melted butter. Stir in flour and baking powder 4 times to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Gently add the strawberries to the mixture.
Divide dough into cupcakes and bake 20 min.
For optimum cooking, touch the fingertip with the fingertip surface and return to its initial shape afterwards. The "dome" should be gilded but not cracked.
Let cool.
In a bowl, whisk mascarpone, icing sugar and liquid vanilla. Finish with the addition of fresh cream until the mixture becomes smooth and easy to work.
Fill a socket pocket with this preparation and then decorate your cupcakes totally cooled.
Decorate with beads and chocolate chips before letting the icing take consistency in the refrigerator.
