Healthy Snack for a lazy summer day

Hey Steemian,

Sorry for not posting these past few days, but I took a very short but well deserved holiday. I must recharge my batteries for the upcoming events: opening my bakery, lots of candy bars and let's not forget, summer parties :)
Today, I wanna share with you a healthy snack, which includes strawberry and basil...that perfect combination.

BE AWARE: it's very difficult to do it! You need some chef skills :)

Ingredients
150 g fresh strawberries
30 g cream cheese
2 slice of sourdough bread
basil
pomegranate molasses or maple syrup or honey...

1. Take your time and be patient. Meditate for 5 minutes, you have to be in a chef mood!

2. Here comes the hard part: toast the bread.

3. Top the bread with cream cheese.
   

4. Sprinkle the strawberries, basil, and syrup.

5. Make a prayer because you accomplished this hard mission!
