Forget your toast and scrambled eggs and enjoy this delicious crumble at your breakfast!
Ingredients
Serves 2
30 g plain flour
30 g oats
30 g sugar
30 g butter
200 g forest fruit
double cream to serve (if you want)
Method
Preheat the oven to 180C. Put the flour, oats into a bowl, add the butter and rub in with your fingers until the mixture resemble fine breadcrumbs. Stir in the sugar.

Arrange the fruits in small ceramic bowls.
Spoon the crumble mixture over the fruits.
Bake for about 45 minutes, until the fruit is soft. Serve hot!
So, so, so delicious!
