Hey Steemian,
Today, I organized a brunch at my bakery, with a theme “alchohol in tarts”. Sounds illegally delicious, right?
One of the idea I had was to make something with wine, something fresh, not Christmasy. So, I made a tart with mascarpone and wine- wine jelly, actually.
It was a hit!
Ingredients for wine jelly
300 ml wine (good wine)
15 g sugar
Orange zest
4 g agar-agar (a healthier alternative to gelatine. I hate gelatine!)
Boil the wine with sugar and orange zest.
After bringing to one boil, add agar-agar and boil for 5 minutes, stirring continuously.
Let it cool for a moment and refrigerate it for 2-3 hours. You can add some forrest fruits.
What do you think?
Yours,
FoxxyCat
