This recipe I placed as the name "Camarones al Guacamole" in honor of our Mexican brothers, since they use the avocado for their "Guacamole" sauce, although we also use it in our "Guasacaca" sauce, but in the end we are the same people , that many times we share the same customs and traditions but with different denominations.
Well going back to the recipe, as I mentioned earlier is based on avocado and shrimp, which represents a great nutritional value, since it would take advantage of the protein offered by the shrimp, combining it with the essential oil for the organism that He gives us the avocado. And to give a much more complete combination you can serve it with a little carbohydrate, either corn tortillas or fill a delicious arepa Venezuelan style.
Below I show you each of the steps to prepare some delicious "Camarones al Guacamole":
Ingredients: (2 people)
• 1 avocado.
• 3 shrimps already parboiled.
• 2 tablespoons mayonnaise.
• 2 tablespoons ketchup tomato sauce.
• 1 tablespoon of mustard.
• 1 tablespoon of capers.
• Salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation process:
• We gather and place all the ingredients at hand, since it is a recipe that is prepared very quickly.
• Chop avocado in half, then open and remove its seed. With the help of a spoon all its pulp is extracted. Preserving its shell or shell.
• Chop the avocado pulp into small squares and add salt and pepper to taste. If this dish is not going to be served at the time of eating, it is advisable to add a few drops of lemon so that the avocado does not rust.
• Then the capers are added and mixed by stirring a little.
• Peel and chop the shrimp into small pieces, then mix with avocado and capers.
• Prepare the pink sauce with mayonnaise, ketchup and a touch of mustard and add it to the container where the shrimp and avocado cocktail is located.
• We thoroughly remove the whole mixture and it is ready to serve. To give it a more decorative touch you can offer it inside the same shell of the avocado. And good luck!
