Hang in there the DT's are not good.
I got shakes, sweats & felt bad, really bad.
But lots of water helped, and I think I ate a few KG's of bananas, apples and dried fruit every day, just to fill my stomach & avoid the 'evil white stuff'....hang in there it gets easier!
