This type of cooking is locally called as shrimp adobo here in the Philippines. A very delicious dish to start our day. Shrimps are a good source of protein but also high in cholesterol. Its healthy to eat shrimps in a moderate way.

2 lbs. of medium size shrimp
10 cloves of garlic
1 piece of large onion
2 pieces of spring onion
6 pieces of long chili
1 small size bell pepper
1 tablespoon of salt and ground black pepper
1/4 cup soysauce
10 pieces of local chili (siling kulikot or labuyo in tagalog)
