Today I tried making Indian Flour Pudding(Aate Ka Halwa) and it turned out to be awesome in taste.
Hence, I am sharing the recipe with you all too.
Indian Flour Pudding - Aate Ka Halwa
Ingredients Required -
- Wheat Atta - 100 gms
- Ghee - 1 Big Spoon
- Sugar - 50 gms
- Water - 100 gms
Method -
1 - Boil water in a pan
2 - Take flour and put it through a sieve
3 - Take a Kadhai pan and put ghee in it
4 - When the ghee gets hot, put flour in it slowly, and mix well without forming any lumps
5 - Roast on low to medium flame stirring continuously
6 - After some minutes the mixture will start to turn aromatic and rich brown indicating that the wheat flour has cooked completely
7 - Now, add hot boiling water to it and stir again
8 - Keep stirring till the wheat flour absorb all the water and after some time, it will start looking like this
9 - Now add sugar to it and mix well
10 - Our sweet Indian flour pudding is ready
