Looking for a great Peanut Butter Cheesecake Treat! Do you love Peanut Butter Cups? This is the ULTIMATE Cheesecake & Peanut Butter Cup Fusion!
Follow this easy recipe!!!!
For the Brownie Bottom Crust you will need:
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup peanut butter chip
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
For the Cheesecake Filling you will need:
2 lbs cream cheese, softened
5 eggs
1 1/2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
1 cup smooth peanut butter
1/2 cup whipping cream
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
6 peanut butter cups, cut into chunks
For the Decoration you will need:
6 peanut butter cups, cut carefully in half
1/2 cup whipping cream
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup peanut butter
Directions:
Brownie Bottom:
Heat oven to 350°F Grease 9-inch springform pan with butter.
Stir together butter, sugar & vanilla in large bowl. Add eggs; stir until well blended.
In a medium bowl stir flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt; blend well.
Combine dry to wet ingredients- mix til smooth.
Spread in prepared pan.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until brownie begins to pull away from side of pan.
When ready removing brownie from oven, spread chocolate chips, peanut butter chips & peanut butter cups over hot brownie. Pour cheesecake mixture over top.
Turn down oven 325°.
Cheesecake Filling:.(makes extra).
Beat cream cheese & heavy cream in bowl of electric mixer until smooth.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well
Beat in sugar, peanut butter and cream; mix until smooth.
Add in vanilla.
Finally stir in cut chunks of Peanut Butter Cups
Pour filling into prepared crust.
To bake the cheese cake place springpan in Bain Marie.
Wrap springform pan with aluminum foil to prevent water seeping in.
Bake for 30- 45 mins (or until a toothpick comes out clean from the cheesecake)
Let cool
Decorations:
Place 1/2 Reese Peanut Butter cups all around the cake
Gently heat chocolate with heavy cream until melted- add in peanut butter and mix til smooth
Let cool to room temperature then drizzle all over the cake.
Chill cake completely for 4-6 hours in the fridge.
Serve with a glass of cold milk and enjoy!

This was a recipe I had tried about a year ago and loved. I wasn't trying to copy someone else's work- I just wanted to share a great recipe- I didn't remember where I go it from- I added the link for the original recipe hope this helps reinstate my post.
