You mean if I already took money out from my wallet and how long I had to wait for it? I have withdrawn some Steem into the exchange yes, usually I don't have to wait more than like 10 minutes for it to get there. I hope that answers the question.
Yes. And If I have 5,5$ and would pay out 5$ (0,5$ left) is it worth, to exchange that only 0,5$ for SteemPower? xD Sorry, I am newbie, You know :P
It depends...5SP will not give you much of a vote at all either way will still be very little, make sure you keep your posts rewards on 50/50 that way half of your post payout will go to steem power and the other half to Steem currency or SBD so you can trade that if you want to.
