Not that complex to try out but a very healthy choice..The food contains nutritious fruits and vegetables such as tomatoes which is a good source of lycopene, antioxidant, vitamin A and potassium. Basil leaves contains phytonutrient and phytochemicals which scavenge free radicals from the body system. Lovely right.........
