I woke up feeling rested. I don’t know how they did it but the bed feels comfortable and I was able to sleep well. This is the much-needed rest for this day’s activities. Before I set off, it was time to get my breakfast. This is one of the activities that I look forward to as well.
The question that I’ve been thinking of as I go down the lift was “What are the dishes that were prepared for this meal?”
Aside from the usual bread and salad station, there are new dishes like local sausage (pork longanisa), pork marinated in sweet sauce (pork tocino), smoked fish (tinapa) & beef tapa.
I also ordered a special item that is not included on the menu, a sunny-side fried egg. The staff is kind enough to serve it to us “free of charge”.
This is a good reason for me to stay in this hotel on my next visit. The staff are very friendly and kind enough to accommodate our request.
I also enjoyed the pancake station!
I ate 3 servings of pancakes and drizzled them with chocolate sauce.
I also mixed a few different types of fruits for dietary fiber and citrus flavor to the pancakes.
Everything was so good and I enjoyed every dish that I got myself. Too bad, the feast has to end soon. I hope to be back here for another holiday 😊🤩.
Fried rice, tocino and sausages will be the most food I'd be getting if i was there.. 😆
Its 3am and I'm seeing this.. my stomach is growling hahah
Omg, seeing the Pilipino food on your table made me crave for it. Thats the best combo! I can eat a lot of that especially if uts paired with fried rice with lots of garlic hehe.
Yay! 🤗
