Great job on the post and the presentation pics! It looks so delicious. I would have to substitute a few things, as I'm on a low carb diet, but the chicken, cheese and broccoli are a winning combo! Thanks for sharing!

You could easily use a toasted quinoa in place of the cracker crumbs and leave out the potatoes for a better low carb option. Glad you liked the post. Thanks for stopping by.
