Eat a LOT, but THIN

Hey!
Everyone is asking me how can i lose my weight when i eat a lot? I thought that if you eat a lot you always got it fat. But it's wrong opinion. If you eat a lot, but small portions and that food is healthy you can lose your weight. Like that happened to me. I eat five times in a day,but small portions.

  • Breakfast
  • First lunch
  • Second lunch
  • Third Lunch
  • Dinner

    All day long i eat about 1400 calories. Obviously your consumption depends from your purpose. My purpose is lose my weight. I lose 8-9kg but i want to lose five more kg and obviously be well. It seems that there isn't much left to reach my goals. I have a diary of my goals, my eat plan and everything what related with sport and eat healthy. I eat a lot of protein, but carbs i eat the least. Nutrition has an important variety. Important drink a lot of water. Water help you remove fat too wet. Also important don't miss your eating. Try to eat at the same time and the space between eating must be 3-4 hours. Last eating should be 1-1.5 hours before sleep.
