A lot of the food there looks delicious! I remember long ago I visited some places in Latin America and there was one Chinese restaurant that had this amazing soup. They would first put fish in the hot boiling water then they would put the steamed fish on our plates, along with sauces. Then they would repeat the process with steamed beef. Then steamed shrimps. Then steamed chicken. And a variety of other stuff, resulting in five or six courses. At the end, they would pour the soup (which resulted from the mix of all the above) on our bowls with noodles. I think they called it the Mongolian Soup on their menu (?)
