I am going to have to say this to Quinn and all the good folk over there at The Garden of Eden, you make vegetables that I have always disliked look so damn tantalizing. Yes, tantalizing, that is a good word to use.
Besides being one of the inspirations in my own food and sustainability goals, you are really enticing me to branch out and start planning some of the other produce I have been hesitant to grow. Gingered mushrooms and peppers, why the hell not. I would give that a shot. Well, not before today and looking at that picture. But, now, sure.

That is a huge reason why we do what we do. To inspire people to experimentation and pondering of new possibilities!

Well for everyone eating them the taste is the biggest factor. For sharing online the photo/presentation is the most important. For me personally the sustainability factor involved with every aspect of what we do is the most important!

Ohhh I so love it when people get inspired by the food here. Today we served 5 free appetizer courses to vendors and attendees at a festival just north of Dallas. These were one bite wonders! People took one bite and just fell in love with us and our food. We got to share some top notch food with some people who were extremely appreciative and now inspired by what we had to share. We'll post some intuitive recipes soon. Yay!!! So glad your loving this food with us.
