Blueberry Smoothie is mouthwatering and think if it's become healthy drink for you then nothing could be a better thing for us to drink tit everyday in your breakfast. It works in weight loss. Regular use of this will keep you fit and lose your extra fat.

This smoothie is dairy free, sugar free & also gluten free. This is very healthy for us and it contains healthy fat with good Carbohydrates. So you can say it is all balanced Blueberry Smoothie. And it helps us to lose weight and get a better body shape.
Recipe :-
Take 1 banana and slice it in small pieces and put it in a blender or mixer whatever you have. We all know that banana has healthy carbs and it's sweetness makes our smoothie sweet and creamy.
Take 1 set of an Avocado, You will not have it's taste in your smoothie but this we adds because it has healthy fats which helps you to fuller for a long time. And this makes smoothie creamy and delicious.
Now add blueberries, This is Blueberry Smoothie so it is main ingredient. So add 1 cup of frozen blueberries.
So now all these main ingredients are in your blender. Now add half of cup of water so that it can blend easily.
Now add pinch of Cinnamon and ground Vanilla powder, As these are optional so not necessary to add but i generally add it in my drink. It adds flavour and also full of antioxidants and then another optional ingredient unsweetened almond butter. Almond butter adds healthy protein and also adds creaminess.
Finally add few ice cubes and then blend it. And here your smoothie is ready.
