Hi Friends... Again the monsoon is active here and we are receiving heavy rains since last night.
Though I am not a fan of fried stuff, because of the dull weather today I thought of making some crispy - spicy Bhajias for the evening...
So came these tasty Bhajias with Capsicum as well as Potatoes.... :)
Wash and cut like this...
A batter made with chickpea flour (gram flour), salt, chilli powder and hing, for dipping...
Now deep fry in Coconut Oil to get that typical yummy 'South Indian' flavor!! :)
Serve hot with tomato sauce or coconut chutney.... Mmmmmmm:) :)
With lots of love, @geetharao...
Hmmmmm delicious. Makes me hungry indeed :D
