I love this recipe, huge hommous fan here! Do you ever start you hommous off with dried chickpeas and then rehydrate them? Every time I opt out of canned chickpeas, I struggle with getting the right consistency. Do you have any tips for that?

I unfortunately have only ever made hummus with canned chickpeas because I find them the easiest to use. I once tried to use the dried ones but I think I left the chickpeas in the water for too long and they started to go off 😂 😂
I find that the consistency of good hummus is easy to get if you add the liquid ingredients very slowly and carefully. I hope that helps ⭐️
