I am, well I need to be! I’m very sensitive to foods that include gluten, but more frequently than I should, I convince myself that it will be different this time and I end up in a world of pain. I just need to stop slipping up haha. Simple and quick is the way to go! :)

Haha (not to laugh but I can't help it because I know oh too well what you mean) I just recently ... well, I guess it's been almost 2 years now of hard core ness but in the grand scheme of my life, that seems recent because I used to 'test my limits' constantly... always going for the toast, pizza crust, pie, you name it haha and it was never worth it so I decided to redesign it all and it's been SO MUCH BETTER for my tummy :) I hope I can help with yours <3
