Ooh, where you live winter is especially harsh! Well, I hope your autumn is at least lovely to make up for that impending frozen doom, lol!
I love the first couple of months of winter, and actually adore the snow. What I hate more than anything are the months of February and March here in North Idaho, or what I refer to as slush and mud season. It's cold, icy, slushy, and muddy. FOR WEEKS! This year we are escaping to the south for a family road trip of epic homeschooling proportions during mud season, I am so excited! Hopefully you'll get a little reprieve from your frozen waste too:)
And I truly believe single serve micro-cakes are a gift from the heavens, LOL!
