I so agree with you about the added sugar thing, Blech, it's so not necessary. Sometimes I will add a touch of stevia, honey, or maple syrup if I need to balance flavors, but since I cut most of any added sugar out of my diet I have noticed I haven't needed a lot of sweet "additions" to enjoy things.
And now I feel like an omelette with some avocado for dinner, lol!
