Yes, in my country we have those Indian/Malay milk tea, we call it Teh Tarik (it means pull-tea), I think it taste very similar to those brown thai ice tea too! Perhaps you can try find Malaysian restaurant in UK, they most probably serve it.
How does he not spill it! :O And we have thai restaurants all around here in London.. but have to go quite far and will definitely not go on my own to a restaurant.. :D
