Ingredients
1 cup of ground cashew
3 tablespoons milk
3 green cardamom powder
100 grams sugar
2 drops Almond Essence
1/4 teaspoon saffron
Preparation
Take a bowl and add cardamom powder, almond essence, cashew nuts and sugar and mix them well.

Heat a small amount of saffron in one spoon of milk. Now pour this milk into the prepared mixture and then knead it into small balls.
Now take two sheets of polythene and spread them on the slap.
Now roll out the balls of the dough into a circular circle.
After all the puris are ready, place them in a baking tray and bake at 190 degree Celsius for 15 to 20 minutes.
If you want, instead of baking these pudis, you can also roast them on the floor.
Then serve it when it is cold.
