Wholegrain bread dough. about 300 gramms
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
1 1/2 cups shredded parmesan cheese
4 large tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
balsamic vinegar
Preparation
Press refrigerated piecrust on the baking sheet.
Cit fresh tomatoes, and place them on the dough. drizzle with olive oil, dark sugar, balsamic vinegar and sea salt. Put it into the ovet=n for 20 min 200deg. heat.
After removing it from the oven, put some parmesan on it and serve!
It will be a nice starter of the main meal or a snack in the evening witj a glass of good red wine!
