Beer is an ancestral drink responsible for many joys and is also an excellent ingredeinte for cooking, as it brings a deep flavor with touches of cereal and hops that go very well with the meat. Prepare this arrachera to the beer and discover how the flavor is improved by adding this drink.
Preparation
In a large bowl, mix beer, lemon juice, spices, English sauce, vinegar and garlic.
With a meat hammer (or a regular hammer) knead the meat to make it softer.
Then, marinate the arrachera in this sauce for at least 2 hours at room temperature.
Meanwhile, prepare your grill to be ready to cook the meat over medium heat.
As the grill is hot, cook the Arrachera on the grill for about 6 minutes on each side if you want the meat to be half-finished.
Remove from the fire
