I made Cookies first time ever- of course my mom helps me (check out)

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 (12-ounce) bag semisweet chocolate chips, or chunks
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon fine salt


 

After some time, it's color change

Everybody start praising after eating these cookies. I really enjoyed during cooking and of course during tasting it.

How to Cook?

First put the racks in the midest position of the oven and preheat to 375 degree centigrade. then move on line two basking sheets with parchment paper or silicone sheets ( but if somebody has only one baking sheet then let it cool totally b/w batches).

After that, take the butter and put inside of the safe bowl of microwave, cover it and then hold the oven on medium power until melted.

Alternatively, melting process should be done in small size saucepan. Moreover, cool it little bit, whisk the sugars, butter, eggs , vanilla in a big bowl until smooth.

Furthermore, donot forget to whisk the baking soda, flour ,salt in other bowl. Thereafter, Stir the dry ingredients  with a wooden spoon into the wet ingredients; be careful not to overmix. Stir  in chocolate chips or chunks.

Scoop heaping tablespoons of the dough onto the prepared pans. Then make your hands wet lightly and roll the dough in the balls. Make sure put the cookies around two inches apart on pans. Bake, until it's color change into the golden, but still remain soft in the centre. wait for 12-16 minutes which depend on the person's choice that how much crunchy or chewy you like.  Transfer hot cookies with a spatula to a rack to cool 

At the end, serve these.
