Very cool. That's understandable because it's getting closer here in Indiana to be at or below freezing most of the time so yeah most meat thrown out would stay frozen or close to it.

Exactly and the stores here throw away things systematically before the expiry date which is called "Bäst före" (best before) which is not even close to have gone bad.
