The ...Ish diet

 I'm working on a diet plan, I call it the "Ish" diet
Most diets have some very good points, but I find them too regimented to be sustainable.
Atkin's -ISH;
don't eat a bunch of carbs
-Don't eat 26 hot dogs and think you it's healthy, Because wrapped them in bacon instead of buns buns. (seriously, people think this)
Here comes an "Ish"-->Some sourdough is sugar free and low carb. I eat that shit because it's delicious and not horrible for me.
Paleo-ISH;
Eat real (Whole) foods as much as possible.
Eat lean meat and vegetables.
Fruits are awesome.
Don't eat a bunch of nuts and legumes but a little is probably okay
NO CHEESE!!!?? NO COFFEE!!??
FUCK THAT!!!
That's where the "ISH" part comes in.
Just because cave men didn't do it, doesn't mean I can't
You know what else cave men didn't do ?
Use microwaves, shop in grocery stores, drive cars or floss their teeth.
Cave men weren't so fucking smart.
The point is that you can eat healthy without counting calories and without spending bank on "healthy-health food"
There is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to diet.
anyone that suggests that a diet "works for everyone" is FULL OF SHIT !
Any diet that is based on starvation or restriction is unsustainable.
Any diet that says YOU MUST EAT exactly this or that, is Bullshit.
Diets don't work.
Establish a healthy relationship with food. don't buy crap at the grocery store and skip the drive-thru

Especially if it says "LOW FAT"!!!!!
Low fat is the biggest fucking lie ever. Sure it's fat free but they replace the fat with sugar (sucrose, high-fructose corn syrup, barley malt, dextrose, maltose, rice syrup, etc.).
You are FAR better off eating the fat!
I reject anything with more than 5 grams of sugar per serving.
Sugar and simple carbs make you want to eat more, whether you are hungry or not.
CUT OUT THE SUGAR
