Hi, my new posts will be about grilling, summer starts and grilling is an integral part of summer joys. I love summer barbecue and everything associated with them. And how do you grill?
Are you using gas, electric or solid fuel grill? I use a smaller grill and mine briquettes. Long before the briquettes get hot, use either a strong firelighter or a strong flame lighter. Then it's easy, put on the grill what you want.
Of course, after grilling, do not leave the hot grill just, either pour hot briquettes with water or wait until it goes out, there is a risk of fire.
When the grill cools down, wash the grill and clean the grill. Make it ready for further use.
I will gradually add recipes and advice on the dishes you can prepare on the grill.
