How to prepare: Chocolate souffle.

If you are looking for something new in your desert, here is the new one and you can try this at your home.

Chocolate souffle


Necessary products:

200 grams of black chocolate
175 grams of oil
3 eggs
3 egg yolks
50 grams of sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
50 grams of white flour

Powdered sugar
Vanilla ice cream


Preparation:

Lubricate with oil and sprinkle with cocoa small metal baking or disposable baking molds.
If you cook the souffle immediately, heat the oven to 250 ° C.


Melt the chocolate with the oil of water vapor. Leave it until products melt. Then remove them from the heat and allow them to cool slightly.
Beat eggs with yolks, sugar and vanilla sugar until they blend well without overdoing.
Add the chocolate and butter mixture. Stir very well.


Finally, add the flour and mix with a silicone spatula.


Divide the mixture into 6 shapes that you have prepared in advance, filling them up to ¾ of their volume.


Gently knock the molds out of the hob to remove the bubbles and smooth the surface.
Bake between 7-8 minutes. Not a minute longer if you want the souffle center to be liquid.
Wait for 2-3 minutes to release the souffle from the mold easily.


Take the form on a suitable plate and carefully place the dessert.
Sprinkle souffle with powdered sugar and garnish each with a ball of vanilla ice cream.
