Rolls with butter is one of a delicious rolls. And its perfect for snacks and meal too. And if you want to try this at your home,here is the recipe.😊

Necessary products:

500 ml of fresh milk
1 ½ pack dry yeast
1 and ½ tablespoons of honey
2 teaspoons of salt
4 tablespoons butter, melted and chilled
800-900 grams of white flour
4 tablespoons of soft butter
1 little egg to spread before baking


Preparation:

Dissolve yeast and honey in the fresh milk.
Pour half of the flour into a deep bowl and stir the salt in it. In the middle, make a well and pour the lukewarm milk in it with the yeast and honey dissolved in it. Stir with a wooden spoon, cover with a cotton towel and leave for 10 minutes.


After this time, add the oil and stir again. Start adding the flour and crumble until you get a smooth homemade dough. Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover it with nylon. Leave the dough for 1 hour warm.


Once the dough has been dusted, cover the large baking pan or other large baking sheet and smear it with oil.


Remove the dough on the desktop sprinkled with a little flour and unwrap it onto a 30x30cm square bark. Brush four spoonfuls of soft butter all over the bark with the help of a brush. Cut the dough into 25 square x 6 centimeters each.


Roll them on a roll and place them on the baking paper with a small distance between each. Cover the molded rolls with nylon and leave for 20 minutes.


Once the dough has risen, smear the surface of the rolls with the broken egg and place the tray in the oven. Turn on at 180 ° C.


Bake for 35-40 minutes until ready.
