Thank you. Look forward to seeing your post. Freezing ground beef is one thing, but a ribeye roast! Maybe there isn't a lot that do it, maybe I have just been exposed to the horrors too many times.

I would say that unfrozen meat is only good for a soup or such, not for a roast for sure!
