I am a huge believer in broth, especially chicken broth. We go through a lot of rotisserie chicken in my house and I always simmer the bones and skin for amazing bases for so many dishes. The depth of flavor is so much greater than the stuff in a can/ box. I think more people are simply discovering this. I wonder if the Soup Nazi uses broth? Great post, you have a new follower
