Hello dear Steemit friends!
There is nothing better then eat a cake and dont be afraid to get fat.. right??
So, today I decided to share with you tasty and simple cake without sugar and bad fats, so you can enjoy it without a guilty conscience. Of course, you can't eat whole cake in one meal, but to satisfy the need it is great solution!
For this cake you need:
- 3 eggs
- 2 cup of ground oats or wholegrain flour
- 300 garms of greek yogurt or cotagge cheese
- 2 spoon of honey
- 1 baking powder
- 2 scoop of whey protein vanilla flavor (you can without that if you dont have it)
- half cup of minced nuts
I know it does not look very tasty, but trust me, if you're on a diet, it's really delicious! And also, I'm a man so I do not spend much time on decorating :D
How to make it:
Mix the yoghurt, eggs and honey
After mixing yoghurt eggs and honey, add other ingredients and mix it again
Put the mixture in a baking mold which you previously oiled or put baking paper and bake it in the oven for about 35 minutes at 180°C
And that's it, you have your fitness healthy protein cake!
This cake is full of protein so, as I already said, it is grat solution for satisfy the wishes for sugar or as a reward for well done training.

I'm so glad that you like it! Yes, if you are diabetic you can try it! You can also put some sweetener or Stevia if you want.
