You are looking for something healthy and diet approved but also it need to be really tasty too?
If you are tired of tasteless food and dont have motivation for keep going and only thing about you thin is food and tasty, sweet food then I have solution for you, healthy solution but also so tasty that you would not know if it is real pancakes or healthy version!
This pancakes you can make really easy with only few ingredients for about 10-15 minutes and it is ideal meal with a lot of proteins and fibers!
Ingredients:
- 70 grams of grinded oats or integral flour
- 300 grams of egg whites
- 1 dcl of water or milk
- pinch of salt
- stevia or some other sweetene(if you want)
Step 1
Add water and flour in a bowl and mix it together.
Step 2
Add egg whites, salt and sweetener and mix it again until everything is melted and smooth.
Step 3
Preheat the pan thoroughly before frying it! It would be preferable for you to have a pan for which doesnt need any oil.
Fry the pancakes as usual.
Step 4
Fill the pancakes with some zero calories syrup which you can buy in any healthy or fitness store.
And that's it, you can start to enjoy in your healthy but tasty meal! This is ideal when you are on diet and you need something sweet. I dont say that you can eat this everyday, especially if you are on weight loss diet, but it is much better to eat this then to give up and eat real pancakes!
Try to avoid any fats around this meal becaouse this is comination of proteins and carbs and it is not good to mix carbs and fat in same meal or atleast 1-2 hour around eating carbs.
This is ideal meal for morning, especially if you train in the morning becaouse this will give you more energy for even better training.

What is your opinion on sweeteners and is stevia really that much better than plain sugar?
From my opinion there is nothing bad about consuming sweeteners but ofc in some normal small doses :)
