I've been making this particular recipe for years. Everyone loves it! It's very moist and has a strong banana flavor. Yum! I usually add walnuts to mine and make in smaller pans to give out as gifts. What caught my eye over other recipes is that this one doesn't call for extra ingredients I don't keep on hand (buttermilk, sour cream...). All I need are bananas, and I freeze over ripe ones to use later to make this. :o)
