Indonesia is famous for its brewed coffee, brewed coffee with boiling water. There is also a type of coffee that the presentation is dyed with charcoal, commonly called coffee jos or coffee charcoal. Indonesians also regularly consume coffee mixed with milk and it's really delicious.
Here are some presentation techniques adopted from abroad, especially Italy which is very famous as a coffee lovers country.
1.Espresso
Commonly called normale in Italy and is the most popular type of coffee. It is pure coffee with black and thick water, and is the basis for making many other types of coffee. Served in one-third or less than half a small cup. Commonly drunk with or without sugar.
2.Machiato
The origin of the word means tarnished. Is an Espresso mixed with a little milk or hot foam. Served with one-third or less than half a small cup. If the cup is bigger its name is Cappuccino.
3.Caffe Latte
Italian italian milk coffee. An espresso is added with or three times the dosage of milk from a large carafe usually reserved in the bar.
4.Maraschino
It is said to be a typical Moroccan coffee that has many fans in Milan. It's actually an espresso plus hot milk foam and chocolate topping on it. Served in small cups.
