Donuts are fried snacks made from flour dough, sugar, eggs and butter rounded kayaks like cicin and perforated in the middle that taste sweet with different toping according to taste.
Well before we make the donuts we prepare the first ingredients:
Wheat
Sugar fine
Chicken Eggs
Milk
Butter
Cooking oil
Yeast
Salt
The first step mix all the ingredients of wheat, salt, yeast, eggs, milk and butter that already in melted
- After the dough mixed with the average let stand dough for 1-2 hours.
- Once didiamin do re-lightly pengulenan, then cut into pieces the size of donuts in accordance with your wishes
- Form or mold the donut dough you have cut into a round with a hole in the middle.
- After that, stack the donut dough that has been shaped dona on the tray that has been given oil, cover the dough and diamin 30 minutes or one hour to close to 2 times the original size.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan to taste then heat until the temperature reaches 170 Celsius.
- Then fry the donuts for maximum results on the donuts, turn the donuts using spatula or cutlery.
Raise donuts that have been cooked, do not try too long in the fried because it will charred, put on the plate.
- Wait for a cold donat sprinkle a gentle sungar syrup (may be appropriete).

Donat adalah cemilan yang digoreng, dibuat dari adonan tepung terigu, gula, telur dan mentega yang berbentuk bulat kayak cicin dan berlobang di tengah yang berasa manis dengan toping yang berbeda-beda sesuai selera.
Baiklah sebelum kita membuat donat kita siapkan dulu bahan-bahannya :
1.Terigu
2.Gula halus
3.Telur Ayam
4.Susu
5.Mentega
6.Minyak Goreng
8.Ragi
9.Garam
- Langkah pertama campurkan semua bahan terigu, garam,ragi, telur,susu dan mentega yang udah di cairkan
- Setelah adonan tercampur dengan rata diamkan adonan selama 1-2 jam.
3.Setelah didiami lakukan kembali pengulenan secara ringan, kemudian potong potong menjadi ukuran donat yang sesuai dengan keinginan anda
4.Bentuklah atau cetakan adonan donat yang telah anda potong menjadi bundar dengan lubang ditengahnya.
- Setelah itu, susun adonan donat yang telah berbentuk dona pada baki yang telah diberi minyak,tutuplah adonan dan diamin 30 menit atau satu jam hingga mendekati 2 kali ukuran aslinya.
6.Panaskan minyak pada wajan penggorengan secukupnya kemudian panaskan hingga suhu mencapai 170 Celsius.
- Kemudian goreng donat untuk hasil yang lebih maksimal pada donat nya, balik donat menggunakan spatula atau sendok garpu.
Angkat donat yang telah matang, usahakan jangan terlalu lama di goreng karena nanti hangus, taruh di piring.
- Tunggu donat sampek dingin dan taburi pakek gula halus ( boleh sesuai selera).
